5 Year Warranty

• Our 5-Year Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
• The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is available only to the original purchaser.

What's Included:

• Replacement: If your Hydro Water Pro bottle fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with a new or refurbished product at no cost to you.
• Repair: If the product can be repaired, Hydro Water Pro will cover the cost of parts and labor.

How to Claim:

1. Contact Us: Email support@hyrdrowaterpro.com with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
2. Proof of Purchase: Provide a copy of your original receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
3. Assessment: We may require you to send photos or return the product for assessment (return shipping to be covered by the customer).

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as natural disasters.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, are not covered under this warranty.
• Accessories and consumable parts, such as caps or filters, are not covered after the first 30 days.
